Track and Field to Compete at Clemson Orange & Purple Elite Friday

RALEIGH --Â The NC State men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the Clemson Orange & Purple Elite in Clemson, S.C., at the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Complex on Friday, January 11. The Pack has 36 student-athlete entries in the meet.

NC State closed out 2018 at the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Complex, competing at the Clemson Opener on Dec. 8. The Wolfpack earned seven podium finishes, and Lauren Evans took home two first-place finishes, including breaking the women's indoor school record in shot put (55'0.75"). NC State posted a total of four first-place finishes on the day.
