2024-25 Men's Basketball Parking Information
New for 2024-25:
For the 2024-25 Men's Basketball season we are excited to unveil a new parking system that will simplify your game day entry! Men's Basketball game days will now mirror the parking process of other events at Lenovo Center.
Similar to other games, concerts and events at the building, basketball game days will now have General, Premier, Premier Gold (PG), ADA, and VIP parking areas. Fans may enter any parking entrance with their digital parking pass. Once the parking attendant scans the digital parking pass, fans will be directed to the closest available parking spot within the parking area on their pass. This will allow fans the freedom to enter and park on the side that is best for them. As part of this transition, all parking passes will be digital.

Season and Mini-Pack parking may only be ordered for the full package and not for a portion of the games purchased. If you need additional passes for a game, you may order those below using the advanced parking order form.

Traffic at Capacity Redirect Ingress Map - For highly attended events, when shaded arena lots are full, the traffic pattern will be redirected.

General Parking Directions
All parking directions and gate assignments are under normal traffic conditions. Traffic patterns may adjust in real time and are subject to change. Please follow event staff directions and posted signage on gameday. A map of these parking directions can be found here for a visual representation.
To enter the Lenovo Center Parking Lots from I-40 or Wade Avenue, exit Edwards Mill Road. Travel South to Edwards Mill Road. The main Lenovo Center entrance is on your left.
From Trinity Road (Gates A and B): General Parking at Gates A & B will park on the east side of Carter-Finley Stadium and the Indoor Practice Facility (Stadium East, Stadium Southeast and Indoor Practice Facility Lots).
From Westchase Road (Blue Ridge Road; Gate F): General Parking at Gate F will park in the arena east lots (1000, 2000), northeast side of Carter-Finley Stadium and the Indoor Practice Facility (Stadium North, and Indoor Practice Facility Lots).
From Wade Avenue, Edwards Mill Road (Gate E): General Parking at Gate E will use three lanes of traffic to park in all arena lots. See below for specific travel lanes:
- Arena East Lots (1000, 2000) enter using the left-most turn lane and follow traffic around the complex to the east lots entrance.
- Arena North Lots (3000, 4000) enter using the middle turn lane and follow traffic patterns to the north lots entrance.
- Arena West Lots (5000, 6000) enter using the right-most turn lane (note, right travel lane does not turn) and follow traffic to the west lots entrance.
Please Note: All parking is first come, first serve. Arriving closer to the event start time can mean that specific parking lots are full and event staff can adjust traffic patterns accordingly.
VIP/Premier Parking Directions
Please display your VIP/Premier Parking Pass at all times. Special VIP/Premier lanes are created for your convenience and ease of access.
Take Wade Avenue Exit #289 onto Edward's Mill Road and travel South to Trinity Road; turn left and enter the Lenovo Center property at Gate D.
From Blue Ridge Road, turn onto Westchase Blvd. and enter Gate F and follow posted signs for VIP/Premier Parking.
From Trinity Road, enter Gate B and follow the signs for VIP/Premier Parking
VIP and Premier parking is sold out for the 2024-25 season.
Rideshare Pickup/Drop Off
Lenovo Center Rideshare offers convenient, one-stop drop-off and pick-up location across the main roadway from VIP Parking, next to Townebank Center at Carter-Finley Stadium. The Rideshare program is available for all Arena events.
Drop-offs and pick-ups will enter via Gate C (Trinity Road) and proceed along Carter-Finley Roadway to the Gate C drop-off location. Guests should then take the stairs down to the sidewalk and up to Lenovo Center. Drivers should NOT turn into any gate or parking lot, except Gate C. Alert parking staff immediately upon entering the property so that you can be directed to the Gate C rideshare location from Trinity Rd.
