Coleman, Farness, Michalak & Napoleon Earn CSC Academic All-District Team Honors

RALEIGH, N.C. - Four members of the NC State track & field team were recognized Tuesday afternoon by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) as part of the 2025-26 Academic All-District Team.
Sophomores James Coleman, Ryan Farness and Bethany Michalak and junior Angelina Napoleon each earned the honor for the first time in their careers.
To be eligible for nomination, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Selected by CSC, the Academic All-District Team recognizes student-athletes for their continued success both on the field and in the classroom.
Bethany Michalak and Angelina Napoleon were both selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced July 15.
