Nine Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its annual All-Academic Awards, with nine NC State track and field student-athletes earning individual recognition.
The Wolfpack men's track and field team posted a 3.11 cumulative GPA, while Judd Armstrong, James Coleman, Ryan Farness, and Ian Harrison were named USTFCCCA All-Academic honorees.
The NC State women's team, recorded a 3.38 cumulative GPA. Sadie Engelhardt, Bethany Michalak, Angelina Napoleon, Kate Putman, and Brooke Rauber each earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
To qualify for USTFCCCA All-Academic Team recognition, programs must maintain a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.00. Individual student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.35 or higher and either rank among the nation's top 96 in an indoor event or compete in any round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
