NC State Set for #ACCITF Championships

RALEIGH -- The NC State men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the 2019 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships, which will be held Thurs., Feb. 21, through Sat., Feb. 23, at Rector Field House in Blacksburg, Va.

The Wolfpack begins action on Thursday morning with the heptathlon and pentathlon. In the evening, the Pack will compete in the women's DMR and men's DMR.

#ACCITF Rewind
The Pack claimed two individual conference titles at the 2018 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Elly Henes took home gold in the women's 3,000m, while Joshua Davis took home the title in men's weight throw.

As a team, the NC State men took fifth place with 52 points, and the women placed eighth with 36 points. Over the course of the meet, 11 members of the Wolfpack earned all-conference honors across 12 events.

ACC Performers of the Week
NC State collected seven ACC Performer of the Week honors in the 2019 indoor track and field season. Lauren Evans led the conference as a three-time winner. Cravont Charleston also garnered weekly honors twice. Dominique Clairmonte and Henes rounded out the awards, each winning once.
