Pack Wraps Up Penn Relays with Four Top-10 Finishes

RALEIGH - The NC State track and field team concluded action today at Penn Relays, picking up four top-10 finishes.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Middle Distance
The women's 4x1500m grouping of Grace Hartman, Amaris Tyynismaa, Hannah Gapes, and Sam Bush took first place and recorded the second-best time in school history after clocking in at 17:03.29. Their time is also good for third-best all-time in NCAA history.
Sprints
Ally Henson finished sixth overall in the women's 100m hurdles with a time of 13.57.
Jumps
In the women's long jump, Jirah Sidberry finished eighth with a throw of 5.43m.
Throws
Katie Horne took tenth in the women's javelin, turning in a throw of 42.53m.

The Pack returns to action on Thursday, May 9 as it opens postseason action at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships in Atlanta, GA.
