RALEIGH - The NC State track and field team will compete at the Phoenix Invitational in Elon, N.C., on Saturday, April 6. The Pack has eight entries in the meet.

The NC State track and field team competed at Raleigh Relays on Saturday at the Paul Derr Track & Field Facility, taking home five event titles to conclude its 2019 home meet action.

Michelle Cobb and Javonne Antoine jumped their ways to first and third place respectively in women's triple jump. Cobb's 40'8.25" (12.40m) mark is farther than the ACC qualifying standard, and Antoine recorded a 40'2.25" (12.25m) mark. Both check in as top-10 marks in school history.

McKenzie Long clocked in at 23.58 in the women's 200m dash, placing first. Her time sits in the top five in the NC State record books and is faster than the conference's 23.95 conference qualifying standard.

Rounding out the day for the Pack in the men's 200m, Quashawn Cunningham's 20.92 and Shannon Patterson's 21.05 placed first and third respectively as the two outran the ACC qualifying mark (21.35).

The men's and women's 4x100m relays impressed on the second day at Raleigh Relays.

On the men's side, Junpai Dowdy, Cravont Charleston, Patterson, and Cunningham clocked in at 40.0 to take the title. The mark ranks in the top 15 nationally.
Janel Pate, Nia Judkins, Kylia Wright, and Jada Griffin earned second place in the women's 4x100m relay, finishing in 46.10, a top-10 time in school history.

Lauren Evans took home first-place honors in shot put with a 51'1.5" (15.58m) mark.
