As a reminder for all fans looking to plan their weekend with us, the NC State men's and women's basketball team will be kicking off its 2024-25 basketball season across the street at Reynolds Coliseum as they host fans at their annual PrimeTime event. Please plan accordingly as traffic is subject to occur.Â
Join us as we honor Olympic medalist and Wolfpack alumni Katharine Berkoff this Friday. Berkoff was a six time ACC Champion, thirty time All-American, and five time National Champion. Joining her on the stage will be Head Coach Braden Holloway as we recognize him for his contributions as an Assistant Coach for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Holloway helped lead the Team USA women's team to twenty-eight olympic medals, eight gold, 13 silver, and seven bronze. Following the Olympic medal ceremony, we will additionally recognize our very own members of the history-making Wolfpack American record-holder teams including (200 medley relay) Aiden Hayes, Sam Hoover, Quintin McCarty, and Luke Miller, as well as (200 free relay) Quintin McCarty, Larry Salls, Noah Henderson, and Luke Miler.Â
The Pack welcomed Head Diving Coach Dave McKown to the staff where he will make his first home appearance with the red & white at Friday's meet against Arizona State.Â
After a 2023-24 season in the history books, both men's and women's swimming teams earned their spots in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association(CSCAA) top 25 polls prior to the start of the season. The men's team clocked in at No. 5, and the women's team ranked No. 11.Â
The Wolfpack head into the season welcoming in a freshman class full of talent. Coming off appearances at the 2024 Paris Olympics, freshmen Betti Fabian, Kaii Winkler, and David Betlehem all join the Wolfpack with Olympic experience under their belt. Betleham took home bronze in the men's 10km for Team Hungary.
