2023-24 (FIFTH YEAR):
- Elected to use extra season of eligibility to return to the squad for 2023-24
- Holds the program record for fastest time in Wolfpack history in seven events (50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay, 800 freestyle relay.
- Named All-American in all three of her individual events along with two Wolfpack relays at the 2024 NCAA championship. Finished Wolfpack career as the second most decorated women's swimmer of all time at NC State.
- Won her third 100 YD backstroke NCAA title with a time of 48.55, setting a program record.
- Finished in second place at NCAA Championships in the 50 YD freestyle with a time of 21.09, a program record.
- Became the first women in ACC history to win five consecutive ACC Championships in the same event (100 backstroke)
- ACC Swimmer of the Week (1/30/24) after two first-place finishes, two second-place finishes, and a pool record against No. 2 Texas.
2022-23 (SENIOR):
- Named All-American in all three of her individual events along with three Wolfpack relays at the 2023 NCAA championship
- Finished in the top eighth in all of her individual events at the NCAA championships finishing fifth in the 100-yard freestyle (46.87) while also beating her own program record, 2nd in the 100-yard backstroke (49.13), and fifth in the 50-yard freestyle (22.54)
- Helped lead relays to top eight finishes in the 200 medley relay (2nd - 1:32.42) setting a new program record, 400-yard medley relay (3rd - 3:24.66), and in the 400-yard freestyle relay (4th - 3:10.51)
- Four time ACC gold medalist in the 100-yard backstroke
- Took home bronze in the 100-yard freestyle (47.02) and fourth in the 50-yard freestyle at the ACC championship
- ACC silver medalist in the 400-yard medley relay and and 200-yard medley relay, bronze medalist in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 200-freestyle relay
- Upset Texas in the 100-yard freestyle (47.87) taking first place by .02
- Named ACC Women’s Swimmer of the Week on Oct.18; honors followed her performances in the Pack’s dual meet against Tenn. during which she posted the second-fastest time in the nation in the 100-yard backstroke (52.10) and won the 100-yard freestyle (49.35) as well.

2021-22 (JUNIOR):
- Repeated as 100 backstroke national champion at the 2022 NCAA Championships; earned the win in an NCAA, American and US Open record time of 48.74; became the first woman to ever break the 49-second barrier in the event
- Named an All-American in all three of her individual events and as part of four Wolfpack relays at the national meet
- Secured additional top-eight national finishes in the 50 freestyle (7th - 21.55) and the 100 freestyle (3rd - 46.95); her mark in the 50 freestyle moved her to second in program history in the event
- Part of program record-setting 200 medley relay (2nd - 1:32.96), 400 medley relay (2nd - 3:23.29) and 400 free relay (4th - 3:09.95) squads at NCAAs; also swam on the Pack’s 200 free relay squad (3rd - 1:26.37)
- 100 backstroke gold medalist at the ACC Championships for the third time in as many seasons with the Wolfpack; set a new meet record of 49.41 in her win
- Also won four relay silver medals and an individual bronze medal at ACCs; led off the Pack’s 200 freestyle relay (1:26.51), 200 medley relay (1:33.25), 400 medley relay (3:24.78) and 400 freestyle relay (3:10.27) squads
- Added an ACC bronze medal in the 100 freestyle, with her personal best of 46.89 setting a new program record; also placed fourth in the 50 freestyle (21.66) at ACCs
- Took home a pair of wins in the 100 (51.63) and 200 (1:53.31) backstroke events in the Pack’s final home dual of the season against Texas; also swept the backstroke races in the team’s home win against Duke
- Named ACC Women’s Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 26; honors followed her performances in the Pack’s wins over Auburn and Kentucky during which she took individual wins in the 100 backstroke (51.85) and 200 backstroke (1:53.73) and contributed a 24.17 backstroke split in the Wolfpack’s winning 200 medley relay squad (1:37.34)
- Won both backstroke events in the team’s tri-meet with Auburn and Kentucky
- Earned spot on the Team USA roster for the 19th FINA World Championships in June 2022; qualified by setting an American record of 27.12 in the 50-meter backstroke event in April; earned a silver medal in the event during World Championships competition
- Also swam on the short course World Championships team in December 2021; won gold medals as part of the 4x100-meter and 4x50-meter freestyle relay squads; added a 100-meter backstroke bronze medal to her tally with a time of 55.40 that was just .2 seconds off the winning mark

2020-21 (SOPHOMORE):
- Won an individual national title in the 100 backstroke, taking ownership of the ACC record with her winning time of 49.74
- Member of 400 medley relay that won the NCAA title (the first in team history for the NC State women) and broke the NCAA and US Open records with a time of 3:25.09; swam the backstroke leg in an impressive 50.07 that was a personal best before her individual race
- Won third national title as part of the 200 medley relay squad that finished just off a meet record in 1:33.18; led off that victory with a 23.27 backstroke split
- Also an NCAA championship finalist in the 200 backstroke (6th - 1:50.88) and 50 freestyle (8th - 21.96)
- ACC gold medalist in the 100 backstroke for the second season in a row; set a meet record of 50.45 in her title defense
- Also reached ACC A final in 200 backstroke, finishing behind teammate Muzzy in 1:51.06 for silver
- Named ACC Women's Swimmer of the Week on Dec. 8 following the Pack's sweet at the UNC Invite

2019-20 (FRESHMAN):
- Earned ACC gold in the 100 backstroke with a 51.64 swim
- On the same day, guided the Wolfpack women to their second 400 medley relay title in a row. Swam the opening leg (51.32) on her way to helping set a meet and school record of 3:27.22
- Led off school record-setting 200 medley relay squad that finished second at the ACC Championships. Opened the relay with a 24.05 backstroke split
- Also finished on the podium as part of the school record-tying 800 freestyle relay team
- Garnered All-America status in five events in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Selected after being part of three A cut relay teams and earning NCAA Championships qualification in two individual events
- Ended rookie campaign with top-15 national marks in 100 backstroke (10th- 51.21) and 200 backstroke (14th - 1:52.29)
- Honored with the team's Bell Tower Freshman Award for being the women's freshman with the most impressive transition and contribution to the team in her first year
