Jefimova Earns Three Medals at AP Race London International

LONDON, ENGLAND - National champion Eneli Jefimova delivered another standout performance overseas at the AP Race London International, held May 23-25 in London.
Jefimova entered the meet fresh off a strong showing at the Fort Lauderdale Open just one week earlier, where she captured gold in the 50m breaststroke (30.73) and bronze in the 100m breaststroke (1:07.42).
Competing against an international field in London, Jefimova continued her momentum by recording three top-three long course meter (LCM) times in program history while earning a medal in every event she swam.
She opened the competition with a bronze-medal finish in the 200m breaststroke, touching the wall in 2:27.18, the third-fastest LCM time in program history. Jefimova followed that performance with a silver medal in the 100m breaststroke on day two, posting a season-best 1:06.37 that also ranks second all-time in school history.
Jefimova closed the meet in dominant fashion on the final day, winning gold in the 50m breaststroke with a time of 30.39. The swim marked the second-fastest 50m breaststroke LCM performance in program history.
