Track & Field to Open Outdoor Season at Black & Gold Invitational

RALEIGH - The NC State track & field programs are slated to begin their outdoor seasons March 18-19 at the Black & Gold Invitational hosted by UCF.
Sixteen student-athletes will compete in 15 events at the meet.

LAST TIME OUT
The Pack sent nine entries to the NCAA Indoor Championships, collecting five First Team All-America honors and four Second Team All-America accolades.
Sam Bush (3000m), Kelsey Chmiel (3000m and 5000m), and Katelyn Tuohy (3000m and 5000m) collected First Team All-America accolades while Chris Alexander (triple jump), Von Douglas (long jump) and Allie Hays (3000m and 5000m) garnered Second Team All-America status.
The NC State women posted the highest NCAA Indoors finish in program history, placing ninth overall with 25 points.

NC State will welcome competitors from across the country to the 2022 Raleigh Relays March 24-26.
