Wolfpack Ready for Three Weekend Meets

RALEIGH - The NC State track & field teams are slated to compete in a trio of meets Feb. 11-12, traveling to Liberty, Arkansas and Boston University for competitions.
Forty-three athletes will compete in 28 events across the three meets.

Multiple members of the Wolfpack earned podium finishes at the Camel City Invite. Gionna Quarzo recorded a first-place finish in the women's 5000m while Marcus Odums (long jump), Andrew Haberman (weight throw) and Kayla Beasley (weight throw) each placed third in their respective events.
Anna Vess recorded a first-place finish in the women's mile, and Kelsey Chmiel rounded out the group of top-three finishers by taking second place in the elite section of the women's 3000m

NC State competes at the JDL DMR Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C., and the Virginia Tech Challenge in Blacksburg, Va., Feb. 18-19 in its last weekend of indoors regular-season competition.
