BLACKSBURG, Va. - The NC State track & field teams concluded competition at the Hokie Invite on Saturday, competing in the women's DMR and the men's shot put.
DISTANCE
Sam Bush, Jada Griffin, Anna Vess and Savannah Shaw teamed up to compete in the women's DMR. The squad ran an 11:23.59 to take second in the event, and the mark was good for the 10th-best in NC State history.
THROWS
In the men's shot put, Lance Penegar recorded a personal-best 15.71m (51'6.5") for an 11th-place finish.
