RALEIGH - The NC State track and field team continues action Jan. 22-23 at the Hokie Invitational, traveling to Blacksburg, Va.

The Wolfpack will send 25Â student-athletes to compete in 23 events over the course of the weekend.
LAST TIME OUT
NC State opened its season at the Gamecock Opener on Jan. 16 with several team members claiming podium finishes.Â
Freshman Mia D'Ambrosio competed in the women's 60m in her first collegiate meet, making the finals and earning a third-place finish with a time of 7.70.
Michelle Cobb tabbed third place in the women's long jump (18'3.25", 5.57m) while Chris Alexander finished third in the men's triple jump (50'5.25", 15.37m).
Junior Kayla Beasley set a personal best in the women's shot put, taking third place with a mark of 55'7" (16.94m).Â
Tyson Fortenberry additionally earned a third-place finish at the Gamecock Opener with a 56'3" (17.14m) throw in the men's weight throw.

The team makes the trip to Clemson, S.C., Feb. 12-13 for the Tiger Paw Invite.
