RALEIGH – No. 17 NC State baseball will close out its home slate this weekend when it hosts Clemson in a three-game series at Doak Field at Dail Park. The teams will play at 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, while the series finale Sunday is set for a 1 p.m. first pitch.
All three games will be broadcast live on the ACC Network Extra and there will be a free audio stream on WKNC 88.1 FM.
The Wolfpack enters the weekend with a 37-13 overall record, including a 14-10 ledger in ACC play, while the Tigers are 29-20 on the season and 12-12 against conference opponents.

Last Time Out
The Pack came up short in its midweek contest with Campbell on Tuesday evening at Doak Field at Dail Park, 5-3.
The team held a two-run lead until the fourth, when the Camels scored all five of its runs. The Pack managed to tack on a run in the eighth with the bases loaded, and loaded the bags up again in the ninth, but couldn't produce any runs.

NC State and Clemson have met 202 times in program history, with the Tigers leading the all-time series, 117-85.
Last Time Versus Clemson
Last year, NCSU traveled to Clemson and earned its first-ever road sweep against the Tigers (March 16-18). The Pack won game one, 4-0, game two, 6-1, and game three, 5-4.

Last Time Versus Clemson At Doak Field
On May 18-20, 2017, Clemson traveled to Raleigh to close out the regular season. NC State won the first two games, 3-2 and 12-10, but the Tigers avoided the sweep with a 15-6 win in the finale.
