RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State Baseball is in its 124th season, and first-year head coach Chris Hart unveiled the complete 55-game 2027 schedule on Thursday. The schedule includes 31 regular-season contests at Doak Field at Dail Park, another trip to the Caribbean, and 30 conference clashes.
Limited season tickets remain for the 2027 season and can be purchased HERE. Bojangles Mini-Pack and single-game tickets will be available for purchase before the start of the season.
The Hart era kicks off Friday, February 19, with a three-game home stand against Northern Kentucky at Doak Field at Dail Park, marking the first meeting between the two programs. NC State will spend four of its first five weeks in Raleigh, as the schedule continues with a non-conference series against Wright State. Wolfpack baseball alum and Raiders head coach Alex Sogard will return to Raleigh Feb. 26–28.
The first road trip of the season has the Wolfpack traveling to Myrtle Beach for a midweek game against Coastal Carolina (Feb. 23), the first time since 2023.
The Wolfpack will head to the Caribbean for the second straight season, traveling to the Bahamas for the Atlantis Collegiate Baseball Series, where it will face Michigan in a four-game series March 5-7. The Wolfpack and Wolverines will play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 6th.
For the first time since 2013 and just the fifth time overall, NC State and La Salle will meet March 12–14. The Doak will host the Wolfpack in midweek games at the beginning of the month, including clashes against Queens (March 2) and Radford (March 10).
Before the ACC slate begins, the Wolfpack will make a short trip to Greenville, N.C., to play East Carolina on Tuesday, March 16.
ACC play begins on the road March 19–21 in Charlottesville against Virginia, followed by a midweek trip to Greensboro, where the Pack take on North Carolina A&T (March 23). Their game last season in Raleigh was canceled. NC State is 26-0 all-time against the Aggies.
The Pack returns to Raleigh for its home conference opener and the start of an eight-game homestand against Wake Forest (March 26–28). Other home conference series at Doak Field include Georgia Tech (April 2–4), Pittsburgh (April 16–18), California (April 29–May 1), and the regular-season home finale against Florida State (May 14–16).
On the road in ACC play, NC State will face tests at Notre Dame (April 9–11), Boston College (April 23–25), Louisville (May 7–9), and a regular-season-ending series at Clemson (May 20–22). This will be the first time since 2019 that the Wolfpack will end the regular season on the road.
Five of the last six midweek games will be against in-state opponents. After meeting in the fall, Liberty returns to Raleigh on Tuesday, April 6. East Carolina makes the return trip to Raleigh on March 30. The Wolfpack have won three straight games against the Pirates.
Elon will visit Raleigh for the first time in four years when the two programs meet on Tuesday, April 13th. Campbell and NC State will meet for the sixth consecutive season on April 27th.
On the non-conference schedule, the neutral-site showdown against rival North Carolina is set for Tuesday, April 20, at Wilson Ballpark in Wilson, N.C.
Postseason action kicks off May 25–30, with the ACC Baseball Championship returning to Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP) in Durham, N.C. The tournament will feature a 16-team bracket (single elimination; seeds 5-8 receive a first-round bye; seeds 1-4 receive a double-bye).
That is followed by NCAA Regional and Super Regional competition, which pave the way to the Men's College World Series in Omaha, Neb. (June 18–28). The Wolfpack has appeared in a regional in nine of the past 11 seasons.
All game times for the 2027 season are subject to change.
