LOUISVILLE, Ky. – After winning its first game of the 2017 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Baseball Championship, NC State will battle second-ranked UNC-Chapel Hill Friday night at 7 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. The winner will advance to the semifinals to face the winner of Pool C at 5 p.m. Saturday evening.

The contest will be broadcast live on Regional Sports Networks (RSN) and on the ACC Network Extra (Subject to blackout in TV coverage areas). Radio coverage will also be available on WKNC 88.1 and on GoPack.com for premium subscribers.

NC State enters the matchup with a 34-22 overall record, while UNC-Chapel Hill is 45-11.

Last Time Out
The Wolfpack opened play in the ACC Championship with a 6-1 win against Boston College, as Johnny Piedmonte threw five innings to earn the win on the mound and move to 7-0 on the year. Brett Kinneman hit a three-run homer late in the game to help seal the win for the Pack.
