Pack Completes Day 2 at VT Elite

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The NC State men’s and women’s indoor track teams completed their participation at the Virginia Tech Elite meet on Saturday at Virginia Tech’s Rector Field House.
Junior Kris Kornegay-Gober of Washington, D.C., was fifth in the men’s high jump, with a mark of 6-feet, 11 3/4-inches, while sophomore Elizabeth Shuman of Timonium, Md., was 10th in the women’s high jump, at 5-feet, 5-inches.
NC State will send men’s and women’s competitors to three different meets next weekend: the Valentine Invitational in Boston, the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., and the Husky Classic in Seattle.
