2024 Cross Country
- Finished second in the 6k at the Adidas XC Challenge with a personal best time of 17:39.4
- Ran the 8k at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational in 23:26.1 for a new personal best in the event
- Competed at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals where he posted a 24:06.3 for The Pack
- Ran the 8k at the ACC Championships in 24:02.0 to help NC State to its seventh-place finish
- Finished 36th (31:00.4) at the NCAA Southeast Regional, and was the second NC State competitor to cross the line
2024 Outdoor Track & Field
- Posted a career-best 3:48.19 in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational
- Achieved a career-best 28:57.95 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays to rank sixth on the program's all-time top-10 list
- Competed in the 10,000m at the ACC Championships where he posted a 30:18.45 to finish 14th
23-24 Indoor Track & Field
- Competed at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener where he posted a 13:57.52 in the 5000m
- Competed in the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Championships where he finished in 8:17.48 and 14:12.82 respectively
2023 Cross Country:
- Ran the 10k at the 2023 National Championships in 30:34.8
- Clocked in at 29:36.3 in the 10k at the Southeast Regional to finish 21st achieve All-Region status
- Opened the season with a second-place finish of 17:53.2 in the 6k at the Adidas XC Challenge
