CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its end-of-season cross country awards Monday afternoon, with NC State sweeping all three women's honors. Head coach Laurie Henes was named ACC Coach of the Year, Hannah Gapes was selected as Performer of the Year and Sadie Engelhardt earned Freshman of the Year.
Henes received the honor after guiding the Wolfpack to its ninth ACC team title in the past decade. It was also the 30th team title in women's program history, dating back to the team's first championship win in 1978.
