The Seminoles (19-4, 5-1) scored seven runs in the first two innings and scored in every inning but one to secure the 10-run victory.
Heath Andrews (2-1) started for the Wolfpack (18-6, 3-3), allowing six runs on six hits with one walk and one strikeout in 1.2 innings.
Luke Nixon drove in the first runs for the Pack with his seventh hit of the series, a two-run double down the right field line to make it 8-2. It was his team's eighth double of the season.
Cooper Consiglio relieved Andrews, pitching a scoreless fourth inning, but the Seminoles responded in the fifth with three runs. He finished after three innings, giving up three earned runs on four hits with three walks and three strikeouts.
Ryder Garino and Aiden Kitchings also pitched out of the bullpen.
In the top of the seventh, NC State loaded the bases with nobody out. Chris McHugh singled in two runs, and Dalton Bargo had a sacrifice fly to cut the lead to three runs, but the deficit was too large, and the Seminoles held on to win.
The Wolfpack will return to Doak Field on Tuesday, March 24th, for a midweek game against in-state rival Campbell at 6 p.m.
