Pack to Open Play at Prestigious Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational Friday

RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State softball team will head to Clearwater to participate in the Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational hosted by ESPN Events, the most prestigious non-conference tournament, starting on Friday, Feb. 13 at 9am.
The Pack will face three SEC opponents and two Big 12 opponents, including first-ranked Texas Tech, the 2025 National Runner Up. The Pack's full schedule with field and TV delegations are below.Â

The Series History with Each Opponent
- Georgia: The Bulldogs lead the series, 5-2, having won the last three meetings. This will be the second meeting between the programs under head coach Leftwich.
- Missouri: The Tigers lead the series, 3-1, having won the last meeting 13-0. This will be the second meeting between the programs under Leftwich.
- Texas A&M: Marks the fourth meeting with the Aggies and the Pack trails 0-3 in the series. Saturday marks the first meeting since 2012 for the two programs.
- Texas Tech: Saturday marks the second meeting between the two programs and NC State won the initial one in 2006.
- UCF: The series is tied one-all, with the Knights winning the last one in 2025, 3-1. Sunday marks the second meeting between programs under Leftwich.
