NC State Track & Field Sees Record Jumps, Season Bests Across Virginia, Florida Meets

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jayda Hunter and Mariama Hunt secured spots on NC State's all-time top-10 list for the triple jump, wrapping up a successful weekend at the Tom Jones Memorial and Virginia Challenge meets.
Hunter competed in the triple jump at the Virginia Challenge, where she posted a personal best of 13.16m to secure second place. She now holds the No. 2 spot on the all-time top-10 list.
Hunt followed closely with a 12.84m (42' 1.5") to finish fifth. She now holds the No. 5 spot.
Kyzaiah Stone competed in the high jump at the Virginia Challenge, where he took a top-five finish for the Pack with a season-best 2.06m (6' 9") for fifth place. Judd Armstrong also earned a top-10 finish with a personal best 2.06m (6' 9") for seventh place.

NC State will return to action April 24–26 at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pa.
