NC State Heads to Syracuse

RALEIGH, N.C. — The NC State women's soccer team is back on the road for a match against Syracuse Thursday night at 7 p.m. The match will be streamed live on ACCNX.
NC State (3-9-2, 0-5-1) and Syracuse (6-8-1, 0-7-0) are meeting for the ninth time in program history, as both teams seek their first conference victory of the season.
The Pack holds a 5-2-1 advantage in the all-time series against the Orange and has secured victories in the last five consecutive matches, having shut out Syracuse 2-0 in 2022 and 3-0 in 2023.
Midfielder Annika Wohner and forward Jade Bordeleau lead the team with four goals each, while Wohner has two assists and Bordeleau has one.
Goalkeeper Olivia Pratapas currently ranks fifth in the ACC for saves, with a .750 save percentage and an average of 5.17 saves per game. Pratapas has a 1.36 goals-against average and has started every match this season.
Scouting the Orange
Syracuse goalkeeper Shea Vanderbosch currently leads the ACC in saves, averaging 8.57 per game, and ranks 10th in the nation for saves average at 6.46.
Midfielder Ashley Rauch leads the team in scoring with four goals, while forward Ava Uribe tops the squad in assists with four.
