Two Athletes Earn All-American Status On Day 2 Of NCAA Outdoor Championships

AUSTIN, T.X. - The Wolfpack track and field team returned to action on day two of the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships with two athletes earning All-American honors.
DISTANCE
Kelsey Chmiel ran a time of 33:14.09 in the women's 10,000m final to take eighth place and establish herself as a First Team All-American. Fellow distance runner Allie Hays turned in a time of 33:54.09, finishing twelfth and grabbing Second Team All-American honors.
MIDDLE-DISTANCE
In the women's 1500m semifinal, Katelyn Tuohy clocked in at 4:09.83 to take fourth place and move on to the final race.

The Wolfpack returns to action this afternoon for the third day of the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships.
