POSTSEASON PACK
Led by eight-time NCAA Southeast Region Coach of the Year Laurie Henes, the women of NC State look to take home their seventh-straight regional title and move on to Nationals.
The defending, back-to-back National Champions currently rank second in the country after holding the number one national ranking for a season and a half dating back to the 2022 preseason polls.
The men's program is aiming to qualify for Nationals after placing three on the All-Region team last season (Brett Gardner, Ian Shanklin, and Robinson Snider).
LAST TIME OUT
The women's cross country continued to showcase its dominance by taking home its eighth-consecutive ACC Cross Country Title at the 2023 ACC Championships in Tallahassee, FL on October 27.
The Pack was led by Katelyn Tuohy, who ran a time of 19:22.8 in the women's 6k to claim her second-straight individual ACC Championship. This marks the fifth year in a row that the individual women's conference champion was an NC State runner.
Along with Tuohy, Kelsey Chmiel, Leah Stephens, Sam Bush, Gionna Quarzo, and Grace Hartman each took home All-ACC honors.
The men's team looks to bounce back after placing eighth at the ACC Championships with a total of 207 points.
