- Took First-Team All-ACC honors in the 3000m with a third-place finish (8:59.14).
- Earned Second-Team All-ACC honors in the DMR with a fourth-place finish (10:58.25).
- Qualified for the NCAA Championships and earned Second-Team All-American honors in the 5000m (13th place – 15:40.83).
2023 Cross Country:
- Passed 14 competitors in the final stretch of the 2023 National Championship race to help lead the Pack to a one-point victory and its third-straight National Title
- Finished in 28th with a time of 20:00.7 at Nationals to secure All-American honors
- Took sixth place at the 2023 Southeast Regional with a time of 19:56.0 and was named All-Region
- Helped lead NC State to its seventh consecutive Southeast Regional Championship
- Established herself as an All-ACC performer with an 11th-place finish of 20:10.7 in the 6k at the ACC Championships that helped lead the Wolfpack to its eighth-straight women’s ACC Cross Country Championship
2023 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Finished second in the 5000m at Raleigh Relays with a time of 15:39.26
2022-23 Indoor Track & Field:
- Ran a personal best of 8:54.12 in the 3000m at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, finishing third and earning the No. 2 spot on NC State’s all-time top-10 list.
- Clocked a season-best 4:37.79 in the mile at the Camel City Invitational, placing fourth.
- Won the DMR at the JDL DMR Invitational with a time of 10:55.49, securing the No. 3 spot on the program’s all-time top-10 list.
- Earned First-Team All-ACC honors in the DMR (3rd place – 10:52.16, No. 2 all-time at NC State).
- Took Second-Team All-ACC honors in the mile (4:41.78 – 5th) and 3000m (9:07.76 – 5th).
- Earned First-Team All-American honors in the DMR (8th place – 11:07.72).
- Claimed Second-Team All-American honors in the 3000m (9:17.50).
2022 Cross Country
- Opened the season by finishing first in the 5k (16:14.5) and second in the 2k (PR time of 06:34.5) at the Adidas XC Challenge
- Set a PR and finished fifth in the 6k at the ACC Championships with a time of 19:45.7
2022 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Posted a Second Team All-America performance in the 5000m, placing 10th in 15:42.61 at NCAAs
- Won her first career ACC title with a win in the 5000m, running a 15:46.20
- Ran times that rank in the top 10 in program history in the 800m (2:04.99), 1500m (4:13.50) and 5000m (15:35.55)
- Was a member of the 4x1500m squad that posted the second-fastest time in collegiate history at Penn Relays with a 16:55.19

2020 Cross Country:
- Saw postseason action at the ACC Championship, where she finished 30th (20:55.6)
- Competed in three meets, her highest placement coming in a fourth-place finish at the Wolfpack Invite with a time of 17:36.5
2019-20 Indoor Track & Field:
- Placed ninth in the mile at the Hokie Invite (4:59.70)
- Ran a PR in the mile in her final meet of season at Valentine Invite (4:59.13)

2019 Cross Country:
- Made her debut in Wolfpack uniform at the Notre Dame Invitational. Finished 44th overall in a collegiate-best 5K time of 17:01.9
- Raced unattached at the team's season opener. Took fourth place at the adidas XC Challenge in 17:07.3
- Competed in a pair of postseason meets with top-40 finishes at the ACC Championships (39th, 21:47.4) and the NCAA Southeast Regional (35th, 21:12.0)
