JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The NC State track & field teams wrapped up competition at the North Florida Invite on Friday. The squad posted multiple podium finishes as well as personal bests.
SPRINTS
Cameron Murray qualified for the 110m hurdles final, running a 13.95 in the prelims.
The Wolfpack men's 4x100m relay team of Alan Alvarez, Cravont Charleston, Von Douglas and Junpai Dowdy ran a 39.94 at the meet, good to take home second place in the event.
JUMPS
NC State saw a pair of podium finishes in the triple jump. Chris Alexander jumped 15.86m (52'0.5") to take first place a set a new personal best. The mark was good for the seventh-best in NC State history.
In the women's triple jump, Michelle Cobb finished third with a 12.92m (42'4.75") that marked her best jump of the season.
