The teams will compete in a single-elimination tournament over a four-day span to crown a national indoor champion. Each team is guaranteed three matches at the event. The ACC features the most teams in the tournament with six (NC State, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Virginia, Duke and North Carolina).
In the opening round, the seventh-seeded Pack is set to face off with No. 17 Princeton at 10 a.m. ET on Friday.

PACK AGAINST RANKED OPPONENTS:
NC State is 2-1 against top-25 opponents this year, earning 6-1 and 4-0 victories over South Carolina and Florida, respectively.
NC State's two top-25 wins marks the second consecutive year the program has collected multiple wins in the category. It had not been done in at least the previous seven years before the 2019 season.
PACK IN THE RANKINGS:
NC State is tabbed at No. 8 as a team in the Oracle/ITA Division I rankings, which registers as the highest ranking in program history.
Individually, the Pack has three singles players featured (No. 20 Alana Smith, No. 30 Reami, No. 43 Anna Rogers). Smith's ranking is the highest of her collegiate career. In doubles, NC State has two top-15 doubles teams (No. 1 Rogers / Smith, No. 14 Daniel / Reami).
SCOUTING PRINCETON:
The seventeenth-ranked Tigers enter the tournament 3-0, having defeated Washington and USC at the ITA Kick-Off Weekend to earn a bid. They also picked up a win at Northwestern last Saturday.
Princeton is represented by three players in the singles rankings (No. 34 Brianna Shvets, No. 71 Zoe Howard, No. 98 Daria Frayman) and one doubles duo (No. 47 Grace Joyce / Frayman).
Last season, the Tigers won the Ivy League title for the fifth time in six seasons.
2019 ITA NATIONAL INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP REWIND:
Making its program debut at the championships, NC State fell to then fifth-ranked Georgia, 4-2, in the opening round where, due to weather and schedule changes, the teams competed in singles and would not compete in doubles.
In its second match, the Pack lost 4-3 to Washington.
