Pack Concludes Competition at Texas Tech Invitational

LUBBOCK, Texas – The NC State track and field team concluded competition at the Texas Tech Invitational on Saturday. The Pack set two new personal-bests.
Von Douglas collected third-place long jump honors while tying his PR with a 24'7" (7.49m) jump. Teammate Jamar Davis placed sixth (23'6", 7.16m) with a jump that measured farther than the ACC qualifying standard (7.09m).
Alexis Patterson (25.01), Kylia Wright (25.29), Nia Judkins (25.66) and Ally Henson (25.89) competed in the women's 200m where Henson set a new PR.
Junpai Dowdy set a new PR in the men's 200m dash with a 21.60 mark.

The Pack makes the short trek to Winston Salem, N.C., to compete at the Camel City Invite.
