Gymnastics Opens Season at Ohio State

RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State gymnastics team opens 2020 competition with a dual meet at Ohio State Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. The meet marks the 18th meeting between the two squads.
The Wolfpack returns 16 student-athletes from the 2019 team, including All-EAGL honorees Melissa Brooker, Drew Grantham, Alliah Harrison, Lauren Kent, Meredith Robinson and Nicole Webb.
Each member of NC State's coaching staff took home an honor at the end of the previous season. Head coach Kim Landrus was named EAGL Co-Head Coach of the Year in addition to assistant coaches Philip Ogletree and Bob Starkell both being named EAGL Assistant Coach of the Year.
SCOUTING OHIO STATE
Ohio State competed in 2019 NCAA Regional action, taking on Alabama, Michigan and Penn State. The Buckeyes finished fourth at the regional and posted a season-high on vault at the meet. Saturday's meet marks the first meet of the season for the Buckeyes, who bring back 13 gymnasts from last season.
