#8 NC State Set to Host Doubleheader Monday

RALEIGH – The No. 8 NC State women's tennis team (4-0) is set to take on Appalachian State (2 p.m.) and East Carolina (6 p.m.) in its third consecutive home doubleheader on Monday at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center.

LAST TIME OUT:
The squad captured its first top-10 victory in program history in the opening match of its doubleheader on Saturday, defeating No. 9 South Carolina handily, 6-1. In the following match, the Pack swept Charlotte to move to 4-0 on the season.

SCOUTING APPALACHIAN STATE:
Appalachian State opens its dual season against the Pack Monday. Last season, the Mountaineers posted a 15-6 record.

NC State leads the all-time series, 15-0.

SCOUTING EAST CAROLINA
East Carolina also opens up its dual season on Monday. Last season, the Pirates went 22-3.

NC State leads the all-time series, 27-0.
