NC State will face Cornell at 1 p.m. on Saturday, then Binghamton at 7 p.m.

RALEIGH, N.C. – The ninth-ranked NC State will be in road action this weekend for a pair of duals. First, the Wolfpack (4-0) will head to #15 Cornell for a 1 p.m. dual on Saturday, then later in the day at 7 p.m. NC State will be in action at Binghamton.

The Cornell dual will be streamed on ESPN+, while the Binghamton dual will be streamed on FloWrestling.

• NC State head coach Pat Popolizio was the head coach at Binghamton for six seasons (2007-12). He was a two-time CAA Coach of the Year, and led the Bearcats to a 14th place NCAA finish in his last season in 2012.

Darmstadt missed last season with injury, after he placed sixth as a freshman in 2018. He advanced to the NCAA semifinals, and finished 34-4 in the season and 14-0 in duals. DePrez was one win away from All-American honors last year in his first season, going 3-2 at the NCAAs. He went 33-7 overall, including a perfect 11-0 in duals.

NC State and Cornell will be facing off for the fourth time. All three previous meetings have been neutral sites, and all three have been won by Cornell. The last meeting was during the 2014-15 season, when #3 Cornell defeated NC State 20-13 at the JourneyÂmen Duals in Albany.
