Last Time Out
NC State traveled north for matches at Penn and No. 20 Princeton last weekend, and picked up wins over both Ivy League opponents. The Pack defeated the Quakers 1-0 and downed the Tigers 3-1.
Wolfpack/Colonial Connection
George Washington head coach Michelle Demko and assistant coach Kate Dylag both served as assistants at NC State. Demko was a part of the coaching staff from 2003-06 while Dylag spent the 2007 and '08 seasons in Raleigh.
Latest Rankings
NC State held on to its No. 13 ranking in this week's United Soccer Coaches poll, and moved up four spots to eighth and 11th in the latest Soccer America and TopDrawerSoccer polls, respectively.
The team also topped All White Kit's RPI on Monday, which evaluated wins and losses and strength of schedule through the first three weeks of the season.
Defending Our Home Turf
The Pack heads into Thursday with a 13-match unbeaten streak at Dail Soccer Stadium, dating back to Sept. 7, 2017. The streak includes postseason wins over then-No. 24 Notre Dame (ACC Semifinal) and RV Arkansas (NCAA First Round).
