SIMON SAYS:
"Coming off of last weekend, we knew that the most important concept this week was to be consistent in every area on and off court. Having an extended practice week has helped with that. There have been a few unexpected hurdles that we have had to cross the past few days outside of practice but everyone has stepped up and taken full responsibility for continuing our season-long goal to constantly strive for betterment. We are in the process of concentrating on what the girls can control and taking ownership for what it takes individually, and as a team, to optimize performance levels on a daily basis.
"Pitt is a really improved team and this will be a challenge for our team on the road. One thing that has been clear this spring is that if something is worthwhile then it doesn't come easily and we have been fighting from the first match onwards with that mindset. I'm confident in this group and looking forward to a hard fought match Sunday." - Simon Earnshaw, head coach
