RALEIGH – Off to its sixth straight 2-0 start to a season, the NC State women's basketball team returns to action Tuesday evening at PNC Arena against Radford. Tipoff between the Wolfpack and Highlanders is set for 7 p.m. with the action carried live on ESPN3.

NC STATE - RADFORD SERIES HISTORY
Tuesday's game marks just the second meeting between NC State and Radford. The Wolfpack won the only prior meeting between the two teams, defeating Radford 84-47 in Raleigh on November 16, 2001.

SCOUTING THE HIGHLANDERS
-Radford enters Tuesday's game the owner of a 1-0 record after defeating George Mason 66-63 in overtime on November 13.
-The Highlanders return three starters from a 2014-15 team which posted a 17-14 record and lost at East Carolina in the first round of the 2015 Postseason WNIT.
-Radford was selected to finish third in the Big South this season according to a preseason poll of the league's head coaches. Senior guard Aisha Foy was named to the preseason all-conference first team.

NC State earned a dominating 89-48 win over visiting High Point Sunday afternoon inside Holliday Gymnasium. Three Wolfpack players scored in double figures during the win and all 16 NC State players took the court. The Wolfpack sprinted out to a 25-9 lead at the end of the first quarter courtesy of a 14-0 run.

SEVENTH GAME AT PNC ARENA
Tuesday's game marks the seventh time that the NC State women's basketball team has competed at PNC Arena (formerÂly RBC Center). The Wolfpack used the facility for three Jimmy V Classics (2002, 2003, and 2004), hosted two NCAA Tournament
games in the building in 2007, and defeated Villanova there to open the 2015-16 season.

STARTING EACH HALF HOT
NC State has achieved the greatest scoring disparity in the first and third quarters of games this season. The Wolfpack is +23 (46-23) in the first quarter and +14 (41-27) in the third quarter.

CAREER DEBUTS
Two games into the season, all six freshmen and redshirt freshÂman Sara Boric have made their career debuts. Kaila Ealey and Amber Richardson have played in both games for the Wolfpack this season, while Camille Anderson, Boric, DD Rogers, Lena Niang, and Nae Nae Cole each made their official career debuts in the win over High Point on Nov. 15.

LAYING IT ALL ON THE LINE
NC State players have taken six charges throughout the first two games of the 2015-16 season. Jennifer Mathurin and Ashley Williams have each taken three.

WHAT A GREAT WEEK
Mathurin had a terrific opening week for the Wolfpack Women. The junior forward averaged 16.0 points and 9.0 rebounds in wins over Villanova and High Point, teams which each achieved at least 20 wins during the 2014-15 season.
