Norenius Falls at ITA All-American Championships

The junior fell to Auburn’s Maxime Hinnisdaels
TULSA, Okla. – Simon Norenius fell in his second-round match of qualifying at the ITA All-American Championships on Tuesday.
The senior dropped a two-set match to Auburn's Maxime Hinnisdaels, 6-2, 6-3. He concludes his tournament with a 1-1 record. On Monday, Norenius defeated Nathan Rakitt of Georgia Tech, 6-3, 6-3.
After the tournament, he is now 5-2 on the fall season and leads the team in wins.
The team will be back in action next week at the ITA Carolina Regional slated for Oct. 15-19. Last year, Ian Dempster and Robbie Mudge won the doubles championships at the event.
