RALEIGH – The NC State women's soccer team will honor its departing senior class Sunday afternoon prior to a 1 p.m. match against Atlantic Coast Conference foe Louisville. Recognition begins at 12:40 p.m. with the match following at 1 on ESPN3.

SENIOR DAY
Sunday's match will serve as NC State's 2015 Senior Day. Approximately 20 minutes prior to kickoff, the Wolfpack will honor the careers of departing seniors and redshirt juniors Alyson Brown, Shannon Cleaver, Caroline Gentry, Jenna Kalwa, Michelle Oestreich, Brittany Stanko, and Dayna Tomayko. Combined, these stuÂdent-athletes have played 309 matches for the Red and White and scored 22 goals.

LAST MATCH
NC State dropped a 4-1 decision against No. 6 Clemson Thursday evening in the annual Kay Yow Pink Match. Prior to the contest, the Wolfpack honored the careers of NC State legends Charmaine Hooper and Robin Morlock. Hooper is NC State's leading scorer (58 goals and 145 points) and Morlock played from 1993-96 before tragically passing away in a 1998 auto accident.

SERIES HISTORY
-Sunday's match marks the third meeting between NC State and Louisville.
-The series is tied 1-1. Louisville won the last meeting between the teams, earning a 1-0 victory in Louisville on Oct. 9, 2014.

SCOUTING THE CARDINALS
-Louisville enters Sunday's match the owner of a 7-7-2 record which includes a 3-4-1 mark in ACC play.
-The Cardinals have earned ACC wins this season over Miami (1-0), Syracuse (1-0), and then-No. 1 UNC-Chapel Hill (2-1).
-Four Cardinals are tied for the team lead with two goals apiece this season.
-Louisville has scored 15 goals in 2015 while allowing 16.

Jackie Stengel has been incredibly consistent for NC State durÂing her career. The redshirt sophomore has scored 14 goals in 37 career appearances, or 0.38 goals per match.
