Moldovan, Campbell Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wolfpack cross country runners Patrick Campbell and Bobby Moldovan earned All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, it was announced yesterday.

Campbell and Moldovan were among 58 runners nationwide who made the USTFCCCA All-Academic list. In order to qualify, a runner must carry at least a 3.25 cumulative grade-point average and finish among the top 15 finishers or in the top 10 percent of the field at their respective NCAA regional meet.

Campbell, a redshirt-freshman majoring in biological sciences, finished 19th at the NCAA Southeast Regional on November 14. Moldovan, a redshirt-sophomore majoring in elementary education, finished 15th at the regional.
