• Finished a strong 12th on Sept. 24 at the Roy Griak Invitational, running the 8k course in 24:28.7
• Finished 103rd at the Wisconsin adidas Open on Oct. 14, running the 8k course in a time of 24:50.4
• Ran 19th at the ACC Championships, held Oct. 29 at the Musser Fruit Research Center at Clemson, S.C., and ran the 8k course in a time of 24:03.9
• Finished 14th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Louisville, Ky., completing the 10k course in a time of 30:27.1
• Ran 93rd at the NCAA Championships, running the 10k course in 30:45.3

• Earned all-state honors three times in both cross country and track and field
• A Foot Locker Midwest Regional finalist in 2006
• Was a two-time semistate champion in cross country

• Earned all-conference all four years in cross country and track
• Was runner-up in the freshman mile run at the 2004 adidas Outdoor National Championships
