- Opened his Wolfpack career with a victory at the Charlotte 49er Classic with a throw of 62.49m -- a mark that ranks among NC State's all-time top 10
- Set a personal best and school record of 66.58m at Raleigh Relays
- Earned Second Team All-ACC honors with a 63.16m throw for a podium finish at the ACC Championships
- Closed out the season with a 58.27m mark in the preliminary round at the NCAA East Regional
