2025 Outdoor Track & Field:

Competed in the javelin during the outdoor season
Opened the season with a 46.54m throw to win the event at the Charlotte 49er Classic, setting a new program record
Broke her own program record with a 48.40m throw at the Raleigh Relays
Set a personal best of 48.55m at the Tom Jones Invitational, solidifying her position as NC State’s all-time best in the event
Named to All-ACC Academic Team
Selected for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team

2024 Outdoor Track & Field:

Opened the season with a first-place finish in the javelin at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (41.28m).
Posted a season-best 45.18m in the javelin at the Raleigh Relays to finish 4th.
Earned first-place finishes at the Bill Carson Meet (43.48m) and Liberty Twilight Qualifier (43.95m).
Finished 10th at the ACC Championships with a throw of 39.71m.
Closed out the season at the NCAA East Regional, recording a 41.32m in the javelin.

2023-24 Indoor Track & Field:

Competed in the shot put and javelin during the indoor season.
Recorded a season-best 12.05m in the shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2023 Outdoor Track & Field:

Set the school record in the javelin throw two weeks in a row, first at the Virginia Challenge with a toss of 44.84m, then at the Charlotte Invitational with a first place finish of 44.97m

2022-23 Indoor Track & Field:

Recorded a PR and finished seventh in the shot put with a throw of 12.28m at the Virginia Tech Challenge
