- Broke the program, facility, and meet record in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays with a personal-best 31:20.60 — now ranks as the third-fastest performer in NCAA history.
- Set the fourth-fastest time in NCAA history in the 5000m at the Duke Twilight, running 14:58.11 to break both the ACC and NC State program records.
- ACC Champion in the 5000m with a meet-record time of 15:12.03, securing both the ACC and ACC Championship records in the event.
- Earned First-Team All-America honors in the 5000m and 10,000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
- Named the 2025 ACC Women’s Outdoor Track Performer of the Year.

24-25 Indoor Track & Field:
- Opened the season with a 15:19.72 (converted) at the JDL Fast is Flat Meet, breaking the meet and facility record and becoming NC State’s all-time best in the event.
- Ran a personal-best 8:46.57 in the 3000m at the Eagle Elite Invitational, earning first place and the No. 2 spot on NC State’s all-time list.
- Clocked a personal-best 4:06.72 in the 1500m at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational to set a new NC State program record.
- Ran 4:24.76 in the mile, ranking as the third-fastest performance in NCAA history and second-fastest in NC State history.
- Finished third in the mile at ACC Championships with a time of 4:26.82 to earn First-Team All-ACC honors.
- At the NCAA Championships:
- Finished 6th in the 5000m, earning First-Team All-America honors and setting the fastest time in program history.
- Placed 5th in the 3000m with a time of 9:03.37, earning additional First-Team All-America recognition.
- Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
2024 Cross Country:
- Was NC State’s top finisher at every meet of the season.
- Opened the season at the Adidas XC Challenge with a 5K personal-best of 16:25.9.
- Finished 6th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (19:15.2).
- ACC Champion in the 6K with a personal-best 19:16.0.

2024 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Won the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays in 32:28.89, placing her No. 2 all-time at NC State.
- Placed 4th in the 1500m at the ACC Championships (4:13.24), earning Second-Team All-ACC honors.
- Finished 5th in the 5000m at ACCs with a time of 15:49.56, also earning Second-Team All-ACC honors.
- Earned All-American honors in the 10,000m with an 8th-place finish at NCAAs (32:54.98).
23-24 Indoor Track & Field:
- Opened the season with a 1000m personal best of 2:47.49 at the Hokie Invitational, ranking No. 3 all-time at NC State.
- Finished 2nd in the mile at the Hokie Invitational (4:36.52).
- Tabbed Second-Team All-ACC in the mile (4:40.33) and DMR (10:58.25) at ACC Championships.
- Ran 15:28.57 in the 5000m at the NCAA Championships to place 8th and earn All-American honors.
- Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
2023 Cross Country:
- Placed 63rd in the 6k at the 2023 National Championships with a time of 20:24.4
- Recognized as an All-Region runner after taking 8th in the 6k with a time of 19:58.6 at the 2023 Southeast Regional
- Helped lead NC State to its seventh consecutive NCAA Southeast Regional Championship
- Tabbed All-ACC with a performance of 20:21.4 in the 6k at the 2023 ACC Championships that helped NC State claim its eighth-straight women’s ACC Cross Country Championship
- Recorded a top-10 finish in the 5k at the Joe Piane Invitational with a time of 16:36.6
2023 Outdoor Track & Field:
- PR’ed in the 1500m at the ACC Championship with a time of 4:15.73
- Set a PR at the Raleigh Relays in the 5000m, finishing with a time of 15:49.65
22-23 Indoor Track & Field:
- PR’ed in the mile at the ACC Championship with a time of 4:39.42, the seventh-best time in school history
- Member of the DMR team that placed in the top-10 at NCAA Championships
- Set a PR in both the 1000m and 3000m at the first and second meet of the season
