2021 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Became NC State’s first national champion in any event since 2002 when she won the 5000m NCAA title, running a 15:28.05 for First Team All-American honors
- Recorded a personal best and school record in the 5000m at West Coast Relays, running a 15:18.75 that, at the time, was the 10th-fastest NCAA outdoors mark in history
- Claimed her second career outdoor 5000m ACC title in addition to garnering First Team All-ACC status (15:34.69)
- Placed third in the 1500m at the ACC Championship, setting a school record of 4:10.23 at earning First Team All-ACC accolades
- Qualified for the 5000m at the NCAA East Preliminary meet
- Never finished lower than sixth place in any meet in 2021
2020-21 Indoor Track & Field:
- Placed third in the 5000m at the NCAA Championships, garnering First Team All-America honors with a time of 15:49.86
- Tabbed Second Team All-American accolades in the 3000m, finishing in 12th
- Set personal, school, meet and facility records in the 3000m as the ACC Champion in the event (9:00.53)
- Was part of the ACC Champion DMR squad that ran the second-fastest time in program history of 11:07.64
- Tabbed the fastest times in 2021 by a member of the Wolfpack in the women’s mile (4:42.02) and 3000m (9:00.53)
- Ran in the 3000m and 5000m at the Virginia Beach Invitational, finishing in first place and second place, respectively
- Claimed second place in the DMR at the Camel City Invitational
2019-20 Indoor Track & Field:

2019 Cross Country:
- Capped off an incredibly decorated senior campaign with All-America honors. Became first female runner since 1984 to become an All-American in three consecutive years and is just the fifth woman in NC State history to garner All-America honors in cross country three or more times
- Placed a career-best 10th at the NCAA Championships in 20:20.7
- Claimed individual ACC and NCAA Southeast Regional titles after finishing as runner-up at both of those races in 2018. Named conference and regional performer of the year.
- Led the field by over 11 seconds with a 20:37.4 for the win at the conference meet
- Also claimed an individual title in the Pack's season opener with a first-place finish at the adidas XC Challenge
- Finished in the top 15 at every meet during the 2019 season

- was the first collegiate to finish at the Camel City Elite in the 3000m with a time of 9:01.72, a personal-best, finishing in fifth place
2018 Cross Country:
- Finished as NC State's top runner in every meet during the 2018 season
- Became an All-American for the second season in a row with a career-best 16th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, clocking in at 20:11.6
- Runner-up at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a 6K personal record of 19:47.6
- Took second place at the ACC Championships, the best conference finish of her career, with a time of 20:16.3
2018 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Won an ACC title in the 5,000m
- Set a season and personal best 5,000m mark at the Raleigh Relays to open the season
- Placed first in the 1,00m at the Charlotte Invitational, crossing the finish line with a 4:18.76 PR
- Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 5,000m, where she placed fourth overall in 16:15.24 to punch her ticket to her first NCAA Outdoor Championships appearance
- Gained All-American status for the third time in her sophomore year as she placed 16th in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships
2017-18 Indoor Track & Field:
- Ran a personal best time in the Mile at the Keydet Invitational running 4:50.20
- Runner-up finish in the 3000m at the Iowa State Classic running a personal best time of 9:07.93
- Placed 7th at the ACC Championship in the Distance Medley Relay running the 1600m leg
- ACC Champion in the 3000m with a time of 9:18.67
- Set an indoor NC State Record in the 5000m with a time of 15:43.84
- Earned First Team All-American Honors in the 5000m with a 7th place finish at the NCAA Championship
2017 Cross Country:
- Competed at six meets during her sophomore campaign for the Wolfpack
- Claimed All-America honors with a 32nd-place finish at the NCAA National Championships, clocking in at 20:35.29 (Nov. 18)
- One of the nation's most improved runners, beating her 2016 Nationals performance by 127 places
- Named All-Region for the second-straight season, finishing 6th at the 2017 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (Nov. 10)
- Fourth-place finisher at the ACC Championships, posting a 6K PR of 20:02.8 to claim All-ACC accolades (Oct. 27)
- Finished 22nd at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, running a mark of 20:15.8 (Oct. 13)
- Named ACC Performer of the Week for the first time of her career on Oct. 4
- Clocked a personal-best 5K of 16:42.9 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite
- Opened the season with a runner-up finish at the adidas XC Challenge, notching a time of 17:00.8 at the Pack's home meet (Sept. 15)
2017 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Competed in her first career NCAA East Regional, placing 18th in the women's 5K with a time of 16:37.48
- Took home Second Team All-ACC honors with a sixth-place finish in the women's 5K at the ACC Outdoor Championships
- Placed second in the women's 3K at the Penn Relays
- Ran her fastest 1,500m of the season at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 4:23.17
- Opened the outdoor season finishing third in the women's 5K at the Raleigh Relays, posting an NCAA Regional qualifying mark of 16:01.73
2016-17 Indoor Track & Field:
- Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the women's 3K, placing sixth with a 9:29.59 performance at the ACC Indoor Championships
- Part of the women's DMR team that placed sixth at the ACC meet
- Posted her fastest indoor 3K time at the Iowa State Classic with a mark of 9:28.03 to place 13th
- Finished third overall in the women's 3K at the Clemson Bob Pollock Indoor Invitational
- Made her collegiate track debut at the Hokie Invitational, placing 5th in the women's mile
2016 Cross Country:
- Ran unattached at the adidas XC Challenge where she finished sixth with a time of 17:10.3.
- Made her Wolfpack debut at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, placing 44th in 17:04.1.
- At the Wisconsin Invitational, crossed the line in 21:06.7 for 71st place.
- Earned All-ACC honors at the conference championship after placing 13th in 20:26.2.
- Garnered All-Region honors at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing 19th with a time of 20:59.8.
- At the NCAA Championships, posted a time of 21:06.4 to take 159th place.
