- Recorded a personal best 15:43.84 in the 5000m to finish 4th at the Wake Forest Invitational — becoming the fastest freshman in NC State history in the event
- Competed in the 5000m at the NCAA East Regional, running 15:49.82 in the preliminary round to close out the season
