Ran a season best 5k time of 14:45.2 in the Wolfpack Invitational to take fifth overall.
Posted a mark of 24:15.0 at the ACC Championships to finish 31st.
An NCAA Southeast Regional participant, where he posted a time of 31:10.3 to finish 37th.

2014 Outdoor Track and Field:

Ran in four different events on the year, the 1,500m, 5,000m, 10,000m and mile.
Set a season-best time of 4:20.06 in the mile at the season-opening Carolina Relays.
Competed in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays and Payton Jordan Invitational, the 10,000m at the ACC Championships and the mile at the Joe Hilton Invite.

2013-14 Indoor Track and Field:

Ran in the 3,000m exclusively for the Wolfpack.
Finished in seventh place in the 3,000m at the UCS Invitational with a personal-best time of 8:21.48.
Earned a ninth place showing at the ACC Championships in the 3,000m with a time of 8:24.36.
Registered a 13^th place finish in the Hokie Invitational with a time of 8:30.75.
