2014 Outdoor Track and Field
• Took part in the prestigious Penn Relays and Wolfpack Last Chance Meet.
• Ran a time of 14:58.63 in the 5,000m at Penn Relays and a time of 4:00.36 in the 1,500m at the Wolfpack Last Chance.
2013-14 Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in the Hokie Invitational, running a time of 4:28.23 in the mile.
2013 Cross Country
• Registered a season-best ninth-place showing in the Wolfpack Invitational with a time of 15:12.5
• Participated in the Roy Griak Invitational (25:45.0), the Wisconsin Invitational (24:58) and the NCAA Southeast Regional (34:03.1)
2013 Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 1,500m at four meets during the season
• Clocked a season-best 3:55.18 in the event at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet
2012-13 Indoor Track and Field
• Made six appearances on the season
• Ran an indoor-best 4:17.40 mile at the Virginia Tech Elite meet
• Finished second with a season-best 1:57.61 time in the 800m at the Kent Taylor Invitational
• Clocked an 8:47.75 mark in the 3,000m at the ACC Championships

• Made three appearances for the Wolfpack on the season
• Finished ninth overall (15:24) at the Three Stripe Invitational (5K)
• Notched a 35th place finish (25:23.74) at the Blue Ridge Open (8K)
• Opened the season with a 16th place finish (15:31) at the Adidas Invitational (5K) in Cary, N.C.
