• Set a personal-best mark in the 10,000m at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet with a time of 34:53.42, shaving more than two minutes of previous best mark of 37:17.12.
• Competed at the Penn Relays (5,000m), the ACC Championships (10,000m) and Joe Hilton Invite (mile).
2013-2014 Indoor Track and Field
• Set a personal best in the 3,000m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 9:54.34.
• Also registered a personal-best in the mile at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet, clocking a time of 4:57.75.
• Set another personal-best mark in the 5,000m at the UCS Invitational with a mark of 17:11.16.
2013 Cross Country
• Competed in four races on the year, including the ACC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional
• Finished a season-best 15th in the season-opening Wolfpack Invitational with a time of 17:50.0
• Garnered a 21st place showing at the Blue Ridge Open, finishing the course in 18:49.8
