• Finished 26th overall (21:17.39) at the NCAA Southeast Regional
• Registered a 35th place finish (21:34.9) at the ACC Championships
• Raced to a 19th overall finish (17:04) at the Notre Dame Invitational
2012 Outdoor Track
• Ran a new collegiate-best time of 4:26.96 in the 1,500m
• Placed seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ACC Championships
• Ran a season-best time of 10:22.17 in that event at the Raleigh Relays
• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase
2011-12 Indoor Track
• Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:48.88 in the mile
• Finished 10th in the mile at the ACC Championships
2011 Cross Country
•Competed unattached Sept. 16 at the adidas Cross Country Challenge and took fourth place, running the 5k course in 17:32.9
•Finished 98th at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 24, running the 6k course in 22:13.6
•Took 79th at the Wisconsin adidas Open on Oct. 14, finishing the 6k course in a time of 21:11.1
•Came in 42nd on Oct. 29 at the ACC Championships, running the 6k course at the Musser Fruit Research Center at Clemson, S.C., in a time of 21:35.2
•Finished 30th at the NCAA Southeast Regional on Nov. 12, running the 6k course in Louisville, Ky., in a time of 21:09.9
•Placed 219th at the NCAA Championships
2011 Outdoor Track
• Enjoyed a break-out season outdoors, earning All-ACC honors in the 3,000m steeplechase with a third-place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Followed that race up with a sixth place finish in the 5,000m in a collegiate-best time of 16:47.41
• Qualified for the NCAA East prelims in the steeplechase
• Fastest time in the steeplechase was 10:18.86 at the ACC Outdoor Championships

• Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:57.54 for the mile during the indoor season
