- Recorded 22 multi-hit games, 12 games with multiple RBIs, including a four-RBI game against Central Connecticut in the Auburn regional of the NCAA Tournament

2024 - Freshman Season
- Made an immediate impact in his freshman season, appearing in 55 games with 52 starts
- Versatile freshman started at three different positions in his first season with the Wolfpack (33 starts at second base, 17 in left field and two in right field)
- Batted .238 with four homers, five doubles, a triple, 34 RBI and 60 total bases
- Led all NC State players with 14 stolen bases, swiping 14 bags on 18 attempts
- Ranked third on the team and first among Pack9 freshmen with 34 walks
- Recorded nine multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games
- Logged a reached-base streak of 12 games and finished the season by reaching base in five straight contests
- Went 2-for-5 with a career-high five RBI in a win over Notre Dame on March 29, smacking his first-career grand slam in the sixth inning
- Tied a career-high with three hits in an NCAA Super Regional victory over Georgia on June 8
- Batted .286 with a .439 on-base percentage in ACC play, ranking third on the roster with 21 RBI in league games
- Recorded a .968 fielding percentage with 85 putouts and 68 assists, helping turn 16 double plays

- Older brother (Chase) also was a member of the NC State baseball program...Dad, Trot Nixon, played in the MLB from 1996-2008 and helped the Boston Red Sox win the 2004 World Series
